Greek and Mediterranean Recipes, Cocktails and Nutrition

Food of the World

Our food of the world section covers the cuisines of past and present cultures from all over the world. We are not just about Mediterranean food here on My-Greek-Food.com. We celebrate all food that is fresh, flavorsome and good for you and in this section you’ll find an array of nutrition guides, recipes and more relating to everything from Ancient Greek and Roman cuisines, to modern Korean and more.

We live in a connected world and we all have a multitude of flavors and experiences right on our doorstep. So, while we are happy to advocate the Mediterranean diet in order to promote wellbeing and a healthier lifestyle, we sill think that there is nothing wrong with a little spicy indian food, some sour Thai food or some wonderfully unique Chinese food every now and then.

This section is an experimental one, it’s where we showcase the foods that appeal to us the most right now and the cuisines that have amazed and impressed in equal measures.
